the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, a minor annoyance given the weather. also, i noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom, like a cracked tile and some peeling paint. (nothing too bad, just a bit scruffy). these small issues didn't ruin the stay, but fixing them would definitely improve the experience. perhaps a bit of attention to detail is what's needed. i did notice a loud group one night (i'm not a fan of noise while on holidays).

The pool bar was lovely. The room was thoroughly cleaned each day and fresh towels were available. The location was excellent, close to the beach and the main strip, but still quiet.

The AC did not work properly. There were ants in the room, unpleasant. Sleeping beds were not comfortable .

Gina and the staff greeted us so warmly. They had our beautiful one-bedroom apartment sea view ready. a lovely beach bag was gifted, stocked with biscuits, crackers, milk, water, tea, coffee, and sugar. beach towels were provided with an exchange service for the beach or pool! the staff were friendly. always greeting him by name and noticing his football tops.

The street was very animated under the window at night. It might be too noisy if you want a calm place.
